However, because the conventional arm-steel is fixed using screws, etc., it is necessary to open the window with one hand and fix the arm-steel at a predetermined angle with the other hand, making it difficult to operate. There was a problem that it was troublesome. If the window is small, you can get by with just one arm tie, but if the window is large and the arm tie must be attached to both sides of the shoji, the operation becomes particularly difficult. Furthermore, especially in the case of heavy shoji screens that have a rotating shaft at the top end, the shoji may close suddenly when closing, causing fingers or hands to be caught between the shoji and the window frame.

As shown in FIG. 5 (the figure shows the state of the one on the right side of FIG. 3), the slider 1O is made of plastic such as nylon and shaped like a rectangular box, and has an engaging cam 11 that is retractable inside. have. This engagement cam 11 is made of stainless steel or the like, and is constantly applied with force in the direction of exit by a spring 12 within the slider 10. As shown in FIG. 6, the shape is a side surface 11a that is linear along the wall surfaces 10a and 10b of a recess formed to insert a cam inside the slider 10, and an inclined surface 11c that is inclined from the tip of the slider 10. , and a lid. The inclination angle of the inclined surface 11c is made gentler than the inclination angle of the inclined surface 11d, and the inclination starting point of the inclined surface lid is set at a position closer to the tip than that of the inclined surface 11c.
As shown in the figure, when the engaging cam 11 is projected from a cam receiving opening 13 (described later) by a spring 2, the tip portion 14 of the side surface itb can be held in this opening 13. That is, this tip portion 14 serves as an engagement margin. In addition, it is not possible to secure it on the inclined surface 11c side. This slider IO is to be housed in the vertical stile 4, and the direction in which the slider IO is installed is placed in the vertical stile 4 so that it faces downward when the sloped part lid is completed as a window. In other words, when the shoji is rotated in the closing direction, the slider lO
The engagement margin 14 and the inclined surface lid are positioned in the direction 5 in which the lid moves.

As shown in FIG. 7 (the figure shows the stile on the left side of FIG. 3), the vertical stile 4 has a linear slider storage section 15 and a connecting rod storage section 16 separated by a partition wall 17 in parallel. As shown in FIG. 8, a connecting loft 18 having a slider 10 and an opening/closing block 24, which will be described later, is inserted therein. The cam receiving opening 13 is a large square hole cut into a predetermined location of the partition wall 17 into which the inclined surfaces Llc and lld of the elongated engagement cam 11 are inserted. Note that this cam receiving opening may be formed by cutting out the wall itself that serves as a sliding guide for the shoji or window frame to a predetermined size as described above, but it is also possible to form a separate wall by cutting out a large part of the wall and forming the cam receiving opening. It may also be formed by attaching hardware to a predetermined position.

The lower stile 3 has the same cross-sectional shape as the vertical stile 4, and the connecting rods 18 are connected from those of the lower stile 3 to the left and right vertical stile 4. Since the connecting rod 18 itself is made of a metal material such as an aluminum pressed chevron and has no flexibility, a part of the corner is connected with a known direction changer such as a spring material or a chain. As shown in FIG. 3, a rotatable handle 19 is attached to approximately the center of the lower stile 3, and the connecting rod 18 is configured to be moved by the operation of this handle 19. The structure is shown in FIG. 10, in which a pinion 20 that rotates together with the handle 19 is provided in the space 21 of the stile 3, and the pinion 20 is provided across the connecting rod storage part 16 and the space 21. A mating rack 22 is arranged, and the connecting rod 18 is connected to this rack 2.

As shown in FIG. 9, an opening/closing block 24 is attached to the connecting rod 18 at a position corresponding to each cam receiving opening 13. As shown in FIG. This opening/closing block 24 has a linear contact portion 24a that contacts the wall 17 and sloped portions 24b formed at both ends thereof. The slope of this slope portion 24b is approximately equal to the slope of the slope lid of the engagement cam 11, as shown in FIG. As described above, since the connecting rod 18 is provided in parallel with the slider storage portion 15 and the wall 17 as partitions, the connecting rod 18 moves while contacting the wall 17. At the location where the opening/closing block 24 is attached, a notch 18a is formed at the part that contacts the wall 17 as shown in FIG. 9, so that it does not come into contact with the engaging cam 11 protruding from the slider 10.

The opening/closing block 24 has a contact portion 24a that moves while being in contact with the wall 17, and when the contact portion 24a comes to the position of the cam receiving amount/port 13, the inclined portion 24b opens the inclined surface lid of the engaging cam ll.
Push the engaging cam 11 into the slider 10 against the force of the spring 12, and press the side 1. lb tip part 1
4 and the cam receiving opening 13 is released, and the slider IO is allowed to move freely. Moreover, if the contact surface 24a of this block 24 is in a position that coincides with the cam receiving opening 13, the side surface 1 that engages with the cam receiving opening of the engaging cam 11
The tip portion 14 of 1b is only as thick as the wall 17, and the width from the tip of the inclined surface 11c and llb intersecting to the tip portion 14 is equal to or larger than the tip portion 14 as the engagement margin, so the engagement cam is 11 is never engaged with the cam receiving opening. Therefore, when the opening/closing block 24 is in the position of the cam receiving opening, the slider 10 temporarily engages with the cam receiving opening 13.
Anything that enters can be moved freely. The mounting position of the opening/closing block 24 is related to the formation position of the cam receiving opening, and their positional relationship will be described later. As shown in FIG. 9, a stopper 25 is attached to the upper part of the endmost block 24 to prevent the slider from rising any further.

A locking metal fitting 27 to which the roller 26 is locked is fixed to a portion of the lower frame 7 facing the connecting rod 18. This locking fitting 27 is attached to the lower frame 7 as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11.
It is composed of a fixing part 27a that is fixed to the fixing part 27a, and a locking part 27b that rises substantially at right angles to the fixing part 27a, and both ends of the locking part are sloped surfaces so that the roller 26 can easily ride on the locking part 27b. The positional relationship between the roller 26 and the locking metal fitting 27 is such that the roller 26 is locked to the locking metal fitting 27 when the shoji l is closed and the handle 19 is turned, as shown in Figures 3 and 9. This is the position where it is used.

(A) shows a state in which the window is opened and locked, and the engagement cam 11 is inserted into and engaged with the upper cam receiving opening 13, and the window is in the open state. In this state, since the engaging cam 11 is engaged with the cam receiving opening 13, the shoji 1 is stably held in an open state. Since the connecting rods 18 are all connected and moved simultaneously by the handle 19, the opening/closing block 24 on the right side in the drawing is located just below the cam opening 13.
The left opening/closing block 24 is attached to a position immediately above the cam receiving opening 13. In this state, the roller 26 is naturally separated from the locking fitting 27.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, one end of the arm is rotatably attached to the slider, the engagement cam is attached to the slider so as to be freely retractable, and the engagement cam is engaged with the cam receiving opening. The open state of the shoji is stabilized, and the cam receiver opening and the engagement cam are disengaged from each other by an opening/closing block attached to a connecting rod that moves when the handle is operated, so that the shoji can be rotated by only operating the handle. The shoji can be opened and kept open, and can also be closed. Further, since the fastener is attached to the connecting rod that is moved by operating the handle, it is possible to securely close the shoji to the frame only by operating the same handle.
