光電変換素子搭載型のハイブリッドICの提供を目的と

の金属枠体内で前記ICチップ実装用電極にボンディン
グされたICチップと、前記金属枠体に奮1記ICチッ
プの実装部分を気密封止するように溶接された金属シェ
ルと、前記セラミック基板の裏側面に一部が突出するよ
うに硬ろうイ」けされた放熱板と、同面に硬ろう付番プ
された端子リードと、前記放熱板の突出部分に固着され
た光電変換素子内蔵型の光ファイバケーブルコネクタと
、前記光電変換素子実装用電極に硬ろう付けされた金属
チップと、前記光ファイバケーブルコネクタから延出さ
れかつ前記金属チップにスポット溶接された信号入出力

された金属枠体と、この金属枠体内で前記ICチップ実
装用電極にボンディングされたICチップと、前記金属
枠体に前記ICチップの実装部分を気密封止するように
溶接された金属シェルと、前記セラミック基板の裏側面
に一部が突出するように硬ろう付けされた放熱板と、同
面に硬ろう付けされた端子リードと、前記放熱板の突出
部分に固着された光電変換素子内蔵型の光ファイバケー
ブルコネクタと、前記光電変換素子実装用電極に硬ろう
付けされた金属チップと、前記光ファイバケーブルコネ
クタから延出されかつ前記金属チップにスポット溶接さ
れた信号入出力用リードとからなることを特徴とするハ
