[Technical background of the invention and its problems] Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 3, an electric Nikai-style boiler connects an upper header and a lower header with a plurality of water pipes, and connects an electric heater to the top of the upper header. By inserting the water into the water pipe, the water supplied from the water supply pipe of the lower header is heated and evaporated within the water pipe, and then transferred to the outside of the system through the steam pipe of the lower header.

In such an electric once-through boiler, the upper header and the upper part of the water pipe are occupied by the generated steam, so the heat transfer from the electric heater is smaller than the water header in the middle and lower part of the wood pipe, and the water pipe is located in the steam section. There are problems with electric heaters overheating and being damaged by long-term use.

The water in the vertical water pipe is superheated by an electric heater, turns into steam, passes from the top of the vertical water pipe, passes through the riser pipe, and reaches the upper header.
It is sent to the outside of the thread from the steam pipe. At this time, since the upper part of the vertical water pipe is connected to the upper header by the riser pipe, the steam generated between the vertical water pipes does not stay in the upper part of the vertical water pipe. Therefore, the entire heating part of the electric heater in the vertical water pipe is always immersed, so the electric heater never overheats. Further, the heat transfer heater can be inserted substantially vertically from the upper part of the water tube, and in such a case, the water in the water tube will not cause a circulating flow due to water overheating.

1 (Delivery date: March 26, 1985) Reason: Added "Fig. 2 is a side sectional view of Fig. 1" as an explanation of Fig. 2 in the detailed explanation column of the invention in the specification. , in the section of the brief description of the drawings, [FIG. 2 is a conventional explanatory diagram]. '' has been corrected to ``Figure 3 is an explanatory diagram of the conventional embodiment.'' and a new 2nd page has been added.
In order to add "Figure 2 is a side cross-sectional view of Figure 11" as an explanation of the figure, we will amend it as shown in the attached document "Full text correction statement". Full text Correction Description 1, Name of the invention Electric once-through boiler 2, Claims The lower end of the vertical water pipe (1) is connected to the lower header (force), and the upper end of one side of the vertical water pipe (1) An electric once-through boiler characterized in that a riser pipe (5) is established, an upper header (4) is connected to the upper end of the riser pipe, and an electric heater (6) is inserted from the upper end of the vertical water pipe. 3. Detailed Description of the Invention [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention uses an electric heat source to heat water and obtain steam.
This relates to electric once-through boilers. [Technical background of the invention and its problems] Conventionally, electric once-through boilers have connected an upper header and a lower header with a plurality of water pipes, as shown in Figure 3, and an electric heater is connected from the top of the upper header. By inserting the water pipe into the water pipe, the water supplied from the water supply pipe of the lower header is heated and evaporated within the water pipe, and then transferred to the outside through the steam pipe of the upper part of the pipe. In such an electric once-through boiler, the upper header and the upper part of the water pipe are occupied by the generated steam, so the heat transfer from the electric heater is smaller than the central part in the middle lower part of the water pipe, and the electric heat located in the steam part is There is a problem with the heater overheating and becoming damaged after long-term use. [Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its object is to provide an electric once-through boiler that prevents the heating part of the electric heater from being exposed to the steam part and being damaged by overheating. Our goal is to provide the following. [Summary of the Invention] In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the lower end of the vertical water pipe is connected to a lower header, a rising pipe is established from the upper end of one side of the vertical water pipe, and a rising pipe is connected to the upper end of the rising pipe. The pipe header is arranged in a connected manner, and an electric heater is inserted from the upper end of the vertical water pipe. [Embodiments of the Invention] The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of FIG. 1. The symbol (1) in the drawing is a vertical water pipe, and the symbol (2) is a lower header. The lower end of the vertical water pipe communicates with the lower pipe seating area. (4) is an upper header installed substantially above the upper end of the vertical water pipe, and one side surface near the upper end of the vertical water pipe and the upper header form a continuous ascending flow path ( 9. (6) is an electric heater that heats the water in the vertical water pipe, and is inserted from the upper end of the vertical water pipe and is screwed into the screw part. (The power is connected to the lower pipe header. The water supply pipe (8) is a steam pipe connected to the upper header.
The primary effect will be explained. Water is supplied from the water supply pipe by the action of the water supply device (not shown), and the water level control device (
(not shown), the water level is controlled to be located above the upper end of the vertical water pipe. The water in the vertical water pipe is superheated by an electric heater, turns into steam, passes from the top of the vertical water pipe, passes through the riser pipe, and reaches the upper header.
It is sent out of the system through a steam pipe. At this time, since the upper part of the vertical water pipe is connected to the upper header by the riser pipe, the steam generated between the vertical water pipes does not stay in the upper part of the vertical water pipe. Therefore, the electric heater in the vertical water pipe is always immersed in its entirety, so the electric heater never overheats. Further, the heat transfer heater can be inserted substantially vertically from the upper part of the water pipe, and in such a case, the water in the water pipe does not cause a circulating flow due to the water heating. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention can provide a durable electric once-through boiler that prevents heating of the electric heater by constantly immersing the entire heating of the electric heater in the main body. 4. Brief explanation of the drawings Figure 1 is an explanatory diagram of one embodiment of the present invention.
The side sectional view in the figure and FIG. 3 are explanatory diagrams of the conventional embodiment.
