- 半導体素子取付用ベース２上に並列状に取り付
けられる複数のアルミニウム押出型材製放熱体１
３，１３Ａを備えかつ各放熱体１３，１３Ａが垂
直壁１５と垂直壁１５の少なくとも片面に形成さ
れたフイン１６，１６Ａとを有している半導体素
子冷却器において、フイン１６，１６Ａに切り起
し部１７，１９ｕ，１９ｄが形成されていること
を特徴とする半導体素子冷却器。
