Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform easily the masking without flawing the titled panel by forming a cutout line of required shape in a member consisting of a mount and an adhesive paper, pasting the cutout adhesive paper on the corrugated panel of vehicle and spraying the paint thereon. CONSTITUTION:A member 1 for masking is made by fitting mount 4 freely peelably on an adhesive surface 3 of an adhesive paper 2. A cutout line 6 corresponding to a required shape 5 is cut out with a cutter or the like in the member 1 for masking. Succeedingly the adhesive paper of the remaining part 7 is pasted on a corrugated panel of vehicle and paint is sprayed thereon. By this method, the required shape is easily coated without damaging the corrugated panel.

O Conventional technology When painting letters, figures, symbols, etc. on a corrugated plate made of aluminum or the like that constitutes the outer cover of a vehicle such as a truck, in the past, a wide adhesive tape was pasted on the corrugated plate9, and this adhesive was used. Cutting lines corresponding to the shapes of letters, solid objects, symbols, etc. are formed on the tape using a cutter, and the shaped portions of the above-mentioned letters, figures, symbols, etc. are peeled off from the corrugated sheet along the cutting lines. The method used was to spray paint on the nine parts that had been removed.

Problems that the present invention seeks to solve In the conventional vehicle mounting method described above, it is difficult to form desired perforation lines on the adhesive tape pasted on the corrugated plate (using a cutter). Otherwise, there is a risk of damaging corrugated plates such as aluminum S-Kum.

Means and Function for Solving the 0 Problems In the present invention, as the masking member 1, a 0 adhesive paper in which a mount number is releasably attached to the adhesive surface 3 of an adhesive paper 2 is used (Fig. 1). The second option is the one made by applying adhesive to one side of Japanese paper.

In the present invention, a cutout line 6 corresponding to a desired shape 5 such as a character, figure, symbol, etc. (in the illustrated example, the letter "L") is cut out on the flat surface of the masking member IK flat plate, etc. using a cutter or the like. 2), and the portions of the adhesive paper 2 and the mount 4 forming the shape 5 are removed from the remaining portion along the perforation line 6 (FIG. 3). Next, the adhesive paper 2' on the remaining part is peeled off from the mount 4, and the adhesive paper 2' on the remaining part is pasted at a predetermined position on a corrugated plate that constitutes the outer cover of a vehicle such as a truck. 0 Effects of the Invention The masking member used in the present invention is made by attaching a mount to the adhesive surface of adhesive paper in a removable manner, and since the adhesive surface is not exposed, it can be cut on a flat surface such as a flat plate. I try to cut along the punch lines. Therefore, unlike the conventional method in which cutout lines are formed on the tape after applying adhesive tape to the corrugated plate of the vehicle, desired cutout lines can be formed extremely easily on the masking member. This eliminates the risk of the cutter damaging the corrugated board.
