Abstract

PURPOSE:To arbitrarily perform the adjustment of the thickness of a cake layer and to simply perform the regeneration washing of a screen drum, by arranging a first scraping member capable of adjusting the interval from the surface of the screen drum and a second scraping member capable of being closely contacted with the surface of the above mentioned drum. CONSTITUTION:A raw solution is flowed into a screen drum 2 from a inflow port 12 while receives predetermined pressure and filtered through the cake layer 5 formed to the surface of the screen drum 2 to be flowed out to the outside from the outflow port 13 of the drum 2 as a filtrate. The thickness of the aforementioned cake layer 5 is held to a predetermined value by the scraping work due to the rotation of a first scrapping member 3 to a positive direction (clockwise direction). When the regeneration washing of the above mentioned drum 2 is performed, a second scraping member 4 is rotated to the opposite direction (counterclockwise direction) and the knife leading end 10 thereof is thrusted into the cake layer 5 to enable the removal of the cake layer 5.

(Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a vertical exterior case l.
A vertical screen drum 2 is disposed inside, and a scraping member 3 for adjusting the thickness of the cake layer is disposed so that the distance from the surface of the screen drum 2 can be adjusted. Scraping member 4 for removing cake layer
, and a scraping member 3 for adjusting the thickness of the cake layer, a scraping member 4 for removing the cake layer, and a screen drum 2 are arranged so as to be relatively rotatable, thereby configuring an automatic filter device. (Embodiment) In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the outer case 1 as a closed pressure vessel is formed into a vertical cylindrical shape, and the inside thereof is formed into a vertical cylindrical shape. The screen drum 2 is arranged in a fixed state. screen drum 2
has a filter element such as a wedge wire or a punching plate, and a cake layer 5 is formed on the surface thereof. When forming the cake layer 5, body feed is performed by adding a small amount of filter aid to the stock solution, precoat is performed by filtering camphor in which only filter aid is dispersed prior to filtration to form a layer containing only filter aid, or body feed is performed. Although it is common practice to use a pre-coat and a pre-coat in combination, either of them may be used in this embodiment.

The present invention can be configured in various ways other than those shown in the above embodiments. For example, the distance between the first FFI removing member 3 and the surface of the screen drum 2 can be adjusted by changing the mounting angle of the first FM removing member 3 by remote control from outside the exterior case 1 using a gear transmission mechanism or the like. It may be configured such that it can be performed by Further, the first scraping member 3 and the second scraping member 4 can be constructed of something other than a knife plate, for example, a brush, or a combination of a knife plate and a brush.
