Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in a valve function by preventing breakaway of a packing, by a method wherein the packing is made to hold and position on the inner circumferential surface and a fitting part of a valve body is laid into a synthetic resin material by making the synthetic resin flow in an undercut part. CONSTITUTION:When a packing 6 is held, synthetic resin is pressed in through a gate part 16 of a stationary mold 12. The resin is protruded into a cavity 14 which is filled with the resin by spreading even to the backside of a fitting part 6a and fitting concave part 6c. A protruded stripe 17 to be formed in a mold 12 improves heat radiation effect of the resin material to be obtained after injection and reduces affection of heat to the packing 6. The resin is cooled within the cavity 14, through shrinkage force of which a core pin 13a is embraced strongly. When, therefore, a mold 13 is moved in the direction of an arrow drawn with a blanked frame, a head part 10 is moved along with the mold 13 and released from the mold 12. The packing 6 is held stably in the head part 10 obtained by injection molding in this manner through fitting between the fitting concave part 6c and a breakaway prevention protrusion edge 10a.

A valve body attached to a gate valve or the like is used to block water that is forced to flow in the direction of the arrow from the valve body 1 side, as shown in FIG. 5, for example. The valve shaft 4 is loosely supported at the lower end of a valve shaft 4 that penetrates through the center of the cap to be fitted, and is configured so that the valve body 2 can be opened and closed by raising and lowering the valve shaft 4. Reference numeral 5 denotes water supply holes, which are drilled in multiple holes in the upper side wall of the main body 1.As a result of the rise of the valve body 2, the rising passage for water is opened, and the blocked water flows out along the side of the valve body 2 as shown by the arrow. Drop out as shown in B, and then go through the water supply hole 5 along arrow C.
It is released from.

On the other hand, a packing 6 as shown is fitted into the valve body 2 to close the gap formed between the inner wall 1a of the main body and the valve body 2, thereby exhibiting a water-stopping effect. However, since the packing 6 is subjected to friction with the inner wall 1a of the main body and water pressure from the main body 1 side as the valve body moves up and down, it receives a force in the direction of detaching from the valve body 2 each time. For this reason, the gasket 6 is given an undercut shape that makes it difficult to separate, and the gasket 6 is held between the valve seat 7 and the ring 8.

However, in the valve body 2 configured as described above, the clamping pressure between the valve seat 7 and the ring 8 determines the holding force of the seal 6, so the clamping state between the valve seat 7 and the ring 8 may change due to some circumstances. For example, if the packing 6 is bent or a gap is formed, the gripping force of the packing 6 will be poor), the fitting of the packing 60 will be incomplete, and the packing 6 will easily come off. Such accidents become more likely to occur as the period of use of the valve body 2 increases.

This is due to the fact that the holding structure of the seal 6 is a clamping structure using two articles, and this method of combining two articles is not complicated and convenient in terms of the workability of attaching the seal 6. It was bad.

Therefore, the present inventors thought that if a part of the seal could be buried within the valve body during injection molding of a synthetic resin valve body, it would be possible to prevent the seal from coming off and eliminate the inconvenience of assembly work. After much thought and research, we were able to provide the injection molding method shown below.

That is, the structure of the present invention that can solve the above problem is that the valve body fitting part of a hard sealing packing consisting of a valve body fitting part and a sealing lip part is fitted into a synthetic resin valve body. When injection molding a synthetic resin, a hard gasket is gripped and positioned on the entire inner circumferential surface, and the synthetic resin is flowed into an undercut portion formed in a part of the valve body fitting portion that protrudes into the cavity. The gist of this method is to embed the valve body fitting portion in a synthetic resin material.

According to the injection molding method of the present invention, the packing can be embedded at the same time as the valve body is molded, so the shape of the packing itself to prevent separation does not need to be very complicated. Since a part of the seal is insert-molded inside the valve body, the integrity of the seal and the valve body is very high. When the valve body is opened or closed, or due to water pressure from within the main body, the seal may become detached. In addition, since the entire valve body is molded as one piece, it not only eliminates the inconvenience during assembly, but also
The looseness of the valve body itself is also eliminated, and its function as a valve is greatly improved.

FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway side view showing a valve body obtained by the molding method of the present invention, in which the fitting part (insert part) 6a of the nokutsukin 6 is inserted into the head part 10,
The seal part (lip part) 6b of the packing 6 is attached to the head part 10.
The fitting portion 6a is stably held by a detachment prevention convex line 10aK formed on the head portion 10. Therefore, the seal 6 and the head part 10 are held together by the protruding wire 10a for preventing detachment, and the integrity of the two is extremely high.
Since the valve itself is integrated, the above-mentioned detachment accident of the gasket 6 during opening/closing operations of the valve body is completely prevented.

In the present invention, such a valve body is molded according to the following procedure. That is, FIGS. 2 to 4 exemplarily explain the injection molding method according to the present invention, and the injection mold fill consists of a fixed mold 12 and a movable mold 13, and a cavity 14 formed between them. The valve body is molded by injecting a heated molten synthetic resin material into the cavity 14. During injection molding, a tCW quality packing 6 is first placed inside the cavity 14. When placing the packing 6, the fixed mold 12 and The lip portion 6b of the gasket 6 is gripped by the lip grip portion 15 formed between the movable molds 130. In this way, the outer peripheral side of the lip part 6b is gripped by the injection mold 11, but the fitting recess 6c of the packing 6 is
It must be held in such a way that it can be opened within 4. In this embodiment, the thickness t of the lip portion 6b of the packing 6 is made larger than the dimension of the gripping space T when the molds are connected in order to prevent the resin from entering the gripping portion during injection. In addition, the packing 6 is designed to prevent deformation due to resin pressure during injection.
The hardness is said to be 70-80Hs, and the grip length! is said to be longer than the protrusion length of Patsukin. When the packing 6 is gripped in this manner, a synthetic resin material is press-fitted from the gate portion 16 of the fixed mold 12.

The molten resin press-fitted into the cavity protrudes into the cavity 14. It is also inserted into the back side of the fitting part 6a and the fitting recess 6c, and then filled so as to wrap them. The protruding stripes 17 formed on the fixed mold 12 enhance the heat dissipation effect of the molten resin material after injection. It is a monochrome material, which reduces the effect of heat on Patsukin 6. When the molten resin material cools and solidifies in the cavity 14, the mold 13 moves as shown in FIG.
is moved in the direction of the white arrow to release the mold 11.

Therefore, when the movable mold 13 is moved in the direction of the outlined arrow, the head portion 10 is at a position where it is hugging the abin 13a, so that it moves together with the movable mold 3 and is removed from the fixed mold 12. Since the present invention is configured and implemented as described above, the integrity of the valve body and the packing is extremely high, and the seal will not come off due to opening/closing operations of the valve body or water pressure applied from the valve body. Also, when molding the valve body, part of the gasket is placed in the cavity and injection molded so that part of the gasket is inserted into the valve body, so there is no need to go to the trouble of fitting the gasket after molding the valve body as in the conventional method. This eliminates the hassle and significantly reduces the valve body manufacturing time.
