脚体の左右立上り部対向位置に左右上端部を回
動可能に枢着することにより正面から見て略Ｕ字
形状の揺動フレームを前後方向に所定範囲内で揺
動可能に懸吊し、その揺動フレームの底板部上に
座席支持フレームを介して座部と背凭れ部とを一
体に有した座席体を、これが着座者の体重の前後
移動により上記揺動フレームと一体に揺動して該
着座者が前方を見るのに好適な正規の起立位置と
上方を見るのに好適な後傾位置とに変位可能に取
付けてなるリクライニング式椅子において、上記
脚体後部に基端部を枢着して回動アームを垂下し
、その回動アームの先端部に下端部を枢支連結し
且つ上端部を座席体の背凭れ後部に枢支連結して
該座席体を正規の起立位置に押圧復帰せしめるガ
ススプリングを設けると共に、上記回動アームに
後端部を支持させることにより前記ガススプリン
グの押圧で該回動アームを介して上方に回動する
方向に常時付勢される操作ペダルを上記揺動フレ
ーム下側を通つて前方に延出する状態に設け、こ
の操作ペダルにこの上方への回動時上記揺動フレ
ームの一部と係合して座席体を正規の起立位置に
ロツク保持するロツク部材を設けて構成したこと
