状をなす外周面とを備えたチヤツク筒が突設され
、且つこのチヤツク筒に、先細テーパ状の内周面
を有する締付用転回転筒が外嵌されると共に、こ
の締付用回転筒とチヤツク筒との間に、チヤツク
筒の外周面に対し螺旋状に公転する多数のニード
ルローラが介装されたチヤツクにおいて、上記チ
ヤツク筒内周面の各溝は、チヤツク筒の先端部の
少なくとも内周壁部分を残してそこから該チヤツ
ク筒の基端部に至るまで延設されて、両端が閉塞
