In recent years, paper containers have become extremely popular as an alternative to conventional glass containers, metal containers, and synthetic resin containers, and their contents have a wide range of uses, including milk, fruit juice, soybean oil, and edible oil.

The material for these paper containers is generally paperboard with plastic film layers on both the inside and outside surfaces. In the case of containers with particularly permeable contents, the inner plastic film layer is covered with aluminum foil. A structure in which layers are laminated or a layer in which a plastic film layer is further laminated on the aluminum foil layer are used.

If these paper containers have a gable top, a part of the joint at the top can be peeled off to form a spout, or if they have a flat top, a part of the top can be peeled off. The spout is formed by cutting out the spout.

On the other hand, as an alternative to the above-mentioned spout, a method has been proposed in which a pouring tool configured separately from the paper container body is attached to the paper container to facilitate pouring. For example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-110444, a sheet of paper with plastic films laminated on the top and bottom surfaces of a base paper in which a hole corresponding to the size of a pouring spout is formed in advance is used to create a sharp protrusion. Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 150728/1983 discloses a paper container in which an inner stopper cylinder can break through the film layer to form a pouring spout, and a paper container having an inner stopper that can break through the film layer to form a pouring spout, is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55-150728. Furthermore, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-115964 describes the construction of a pouring tool which uses an opening member having a conical top to break through a paper container to form a pouring spout.

However, all of the conventionally known pouring tools, including the pouring tools related to these proposals, form a spout by breaking through only the film layer or the base paper on which the film is laminated using an opening member. The film or base paper hung down inside the paper container or floated in the contents, sometimes blocking the spout. In addition, the pressure applied when the paper container is breached causes the cut end of the spout to bulge on the inner surface of the paper container, making it difficult to completely pour out the entire contents from the paper container.

That is, the present invention provides a cylindrical cutting member having a cutting blade for punching a perfectly circular hole in a paper container, and a needle-like part provided in the center of the perfect circle to penetrate into the paper container ahead of the cutting blade. By screwing into the outlet and rotating this cutting member, a perfectly circular spout can be cut out from the paper container, and the cut piece can be collected outside the paper container.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a spout device according to the present invention is attached to a paper container 1. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the spout device. A male thread 6 is provided on the outer circumferential wall to be screwed into the female thread 4 of the spout so that it can move up and down while rotating on the inner surface of the spout.

Furthermore, a saw-shaped cutting blade 8 for making a perfect circular hole in the paper container is provided on the circumference of the bottom surface of the paper container side of the cutting member 5, and at the center of this bottom surface, a saw-shaped cutting blade 8 is provided that cuts into the paper container before the cutting blade 8. A protruding needle-shaped portion 9 is provided. On the other hand, a groove 7 is provided in the bottom surface of the cutting member 5 on the cap side.

Further, the cap 10 has a size to fit the spout 3, and has a protrusion 11 on the inner surface of the top portion, which fits into the groove 7 of the cutting member.

Therefore, in the spout device according to the present invention, the flange 2 of the spout 3 is fixed to the paper container 1, the male thread 6 of the cutout member 5 is screwed into the female thread 4, and the protrusion 11 of the cap 10 is connected to the cutout member. It is used by fitting into the groove 7.
When the cap 10 is rotated in this state, the cutting member 5 moves in the direction of the paper container 1 while rotating inside the spout 3, and the needle-shaped portion 9 first enters and penetrates the paper container 1. . Next, the cutting blade 8 gradually cuts into the paper container 1 to make a perfectly circular hole in the paper container 1, as shown in a cross-sectional view in FIG. At this time, since the needle-shaped portion 9 passes through the cut-off piece 12 of the paper container, the cut-off piece 12 is held by the cut-off member 5 without being left inside the paper container 1.

その後、キヤツプ10を逆方向に回転すれば、

After that, if you rotate the cap 10 in the opposite direction,
Since the cutting member 5 separates from the spout 3 while holding the cut piece 12 of the paper container, the cut piece 12 can be recovered. Therefore, by tilting the paper container 1 with the cutting member 5 removed, the contents can be poured out. For subsequent use, the cutting member 5 becomes unnecessary, and only the spout 3 and the cap 10 need to be attached to the paper container.

In addition, since it is sufficient for the cutting member 5 to descend to the depth where it can make a hole in the paper container 1, the female thread 4 of the spout is provided with a length that takes this depth into account, and it is impossible to lower it any further than necessary. It is desirable to configure it as follows. Furthermore, as the cutting member 5 descends, the groove 7 may separate from the protrusion 11 provided on the cap, making it impossible to recover the cutting member 5 and the cutting piece 12, so it is necessary to ensure that the engagement is maintained. It is necessary to configure it so that it can be done. This engaging means is not limited to a combination of protrusions and grooves, but any combination of protrusions or the like may be employed. Further, if the tip of the needle-shaped portion 9 is configured like the tip of a fishhook, or if the entire needle-like portion 9 is formed into a spiral shape, the cut piece 12 can be held more reliably.

A knife-shaped cutting blade 18 is provided on the bottom surface of the paper container side of the cutting member 15, while a handle portion 17 is provided on the bottom surface of the cap side. This cutting member 15 is also used by being screwed into the spout 3 shown in FIG. 2, but it differs from the cutting member 5 in FIG. 2 in that it does not have means for engaging with the cap 10. Therefore,
In the operation of forming the spout, first the needle-like part 19 is plunged into the paper container 1 by pinching the handle part 17 of the cutting member and rotating it, and when the rotation is continued, the cutting blade 18 pushes the needle-like part 19 into the paper container 1. Can drill perfectly circular holes. After that, the cutting member 15 is rotated in the opposite direction, and the cutting member 15 holding the cutting piece 12 is
is removed from spout 3. After collecting the cut piece 12, the cap 10 is attached to the spout 3 for use.

In this embodiment, the cap 10 is the cutout member 1.

Incidentally, in order to facilitate the spout forming operation using the spout device according to the present invention, the needle-like portion 9 of the paper container 1 must be
Alternatively, the portion where the cutout blade 19 enters is cut in half in a Y-shape, X-shape, etc. in advance, and the paper container 1 is cut in half into a perfect circle that matches the locus of the cutting blade 8 or 18 in advance. That is valid.

As described in detail above, the pouring spout device according to the present invention is hygienic and can be used to open a paper container because it can punch a perfect circular spout in a paper container with a simple operation and collect the cut pieces. The entire contents can be completely poured out without the spout being blocked during subsequent use.
