この棒栓２周りに注出孔３を明けて前記容器体口
頚部４に内嵌固定された中栓５と、下端開口が前
記棒栓２に嵌合して栓部を形成し、かつこの下端
周縁が注出孔３を封止し、この周縁部を介し中栓
５に昇降可能に装着され、そして常時ばね６で上
方に押上げ付勢され開蓋時外方に飛出す注出ノズ
ル７と、前記中栓５を前記口頚部４に押え固定す
る押え部材９と、この押え部材９を押える頂板１
０中央部に前記注出ノズル７上部を囲繞する係合
筒１１を有し、かつ頂板１０裏面から垂設した周
壁１２で前記口頚部４外面に嵌合固定され、そし
て前記係合筒１１外周面に下縁が波形の係合面１
５を降設形成した口部装着部材１６と、平板状で
あつて、裏面中央部から前記係合筒１１外面に嵌
合する垂下筒１７を垂設し、この垂下筒１７内周
