【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は電線を引止める引止クランプに関する
ものである。鋼心アルミ撚線を引止める場合、ま
ず鋼スリーブを鋼心線に圧着し、次に鋼スリーブ
へ被挿したアルミスリーブを圧着する。アルミス
リーブの圧着はいわゆる「電線の笑い現象」防止
のため、アルミ撚線の口元から行う。このためア
ルミスリーブはアルミ撚線の撚りに沿うてねじれ
ながら伸長する。従つてアルミスリーブと一体化
されたジヤンパソケツトは、下向きを予定してい
てもこのねじれで側方を指向するようになりやす

具は撤去する。

方向孔1dが穿つてある。またテーパ部1bには
突起1eが設けてある。アルミスリーブ2は端部
にジヤンパソケツトSを結合可能な羽子板状突縁
2aを具え、その基部からテーパ部2bを介して
小径筒2cが接続している。小径筒には鋼スリー
ブ1を摺動挿入可能な孔が貫通し、その端部は鋼
スリーブテーパ部1bと係合可能なテーパ孔を形
成し、このテーパ孔端部に鋼スリーブの突起1e
を挿入係合可能な切込2dが設けてある。

た切込2dは鉄塔に係止された鋼スリーブを基準
して、突起1eを係合させた際アルミスリーブの
突縁2aが垂直下方を指向するよう角度位相を定
めて設けておく。この状態にあるアルミスリーブ
を突縁2aの反対端から突縁2a方向へと順次圧
着する。圧着によりアルミスリーブは若干伸長す
るがその際アルミ撚線のねじれ角に添うてねじれ
ようとする。しかし突起1eと切込2dの係合に
よつてねじれが許されないので、アルミスリーブ
の圧縮は突縁2aに垂直下方を指向させた状態で

へ向うものであるが、全くねじれを生じない。回
動防止金具を不要とし、鉄塔上の引止作業を容易
にしたことが特徴である。

鋼スリーブと、垂直下方羽子板部をまたは両側方
に平坦部を具え鋼スリーブを挿入圧着可能なアル
ミスリーブとから成り、アルミスリーブの圧縮を
口元から奥へと進めるようにした引止クランプに
於て、アルミスリーブの他端部に切込を設け、鋼
スリーブの対応箇所にこの切込ち係合可能な突起
を形成させたことを特徴とする圧縮ねじれ防止型
