の開口部において、該内周面部２を、上側が開口する溝
部１１を固定片１５の一側に設けてなる絶縁部材７を用
いて構成するサッシ枠廻りの構造であり、該絶縁部材７
を、その溝部１１の外側部１２が前記遮水片４と当接す
るごとく、固定片１５を下地１７に固着することによっ
て該下地１７に取付ける一方、該下地１７に添設される
ボード１９の端面２０を溝部１１の内側部２１と当接さ
せ、遮水片４と内周面部２との接合部分に結露水絶縁用
の絶縁部１０を設けることを特徴とするサッシ枠廻りの
