Claims (1)
リールと、該巻取リールをウエビング巻取方向に
付勢する巻取ばねと、該巻取リールに一体的に形
成されたラチエツト部材と、該ラチエツト部材と
係合して巻取リールのウエビング巻取方向の回転
を阻止するラツチ位置と該ラチエツト部材に係合
せず巻取リールの回動を許容する非ラツチ位置と
を取るラツチ部材と、ウエビングの引出し巻取り
に応じて該ラツチ部材をラツチ位置と非ラツチ位
置への間で移動するように制御して所定の一連の
ウエビング装着操作の後にラツチ部材がラツチ位
置を取りうるようにする第1制御手段と、所定の
ウエビング非装着動作を感知してラツチ部材を強
制的に非ラツチ位置へもたらす第2制御手段とを
有し、 前記ラツチ部材は第1付勢手段によりラツチ位
置方向に付勢され、 前記第2制御手段は、所定のウエビング装着動
作で励磁され前記所定のウエビング非装着動作で
非励磁状態とされるソレノイドと;該ソレノイド
が励磁されるときにソレノイドから力を受けて第
1位置を取りラツチ部材がラツチ位置を取るのを
許容し、該ソレノイドが非励磁状態になるときに
第2位置を取つてラツチ部材に非ラツチ位置を取
らせるプランジヤと;プランジヤを第2位置方向
に付勢する第2付勢手段と;前記所定の一連のウ
エビング装着操作の後までには前記第1付勢手段
の付勢力がプランジヤに働くようにしてこれを第
1位置にもたらそうとする補助力を与える補助手
段とより成り、 更にプランジヤがソレノイドから受ける前記力
と、前記第1付勢手段の付勢力と、前記第2付勢
