持部材２の長手方向に延びるガイド手段４とを設
け、 そのガイド手段４上には読取り部材１１を、前
記用紙支持部材２の長手方向に沿つて移動可能で
、かつ用紙支持部材２に近接してその用紙支持部
材２上の用紙３に描かれた画像を読取る読取り位
置と、用紙支持部材２から離隔する退避位置との
二位置間にて位置変更可能に設け、 前記用紙支持部材２の端部には感度レベルチエ
ツク部材１４を、読取り部材１１の読取り位置に
おける移動領域と対向する作用位置と、そこから
退く不作用位置との二位置間にて位置変更可能に
配置し、 前記読取り部材１１及び感度レベルチエツク部
材１４を前記二位置に連動して位置変更するため
に、前記フレーム１には１個の駆動装置１８を設
けるとともに、その駆動装置１８と読取り部材１
１及び感度レベルチエツク部材１４とを運動伝達
機構１９を介して連結し、 前記読取り部材１１が感度レベルチエツク部材
