Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧電基板上に入力電極および出力電極を有
    する弾性表面波フイルタ素子を５ピン型インライ
    ンパツケージのステム上にマウントして全体をケ
    ースにより気密封止し、前記各電極の端子および
    ケースを、一方の入力端子およびケースがアース
    されるようそれぞれ電気リードピンに接続してな
    る弾性表面波フイルタにおいて、前記各電極の端
    子およびケースを、前記電気リードピンに一端側
    から入力アース端子、入力ホツト端子、ケースア
    ース端子、出力端子、出力端子の順に接続してな
    ることを特徴とする弾性表面波フイルタ。 (2) 入力電極がダミー電極を備えたアポタイズ
    電極からなり、このアポタイズ電極が、包絡線で
    結合されてダミー電極と分離され、かつダミー電
    極は圧電基板の表面波伝播路上に形成されたシー
    ルド電極を介してケースアース端子にボンデイン
    グ結合されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の弾性表面波フイルタ。
