ベル保持テープを外周に沿わせた送り用の回転ドラムを

ーにより剥離させｔ繰り出すようにしてなるハンドラベ
ラーにおいて、前記ドラムの端面にラチェ′ット歯車を
備えるとともに該ラチェット歯車を一方向にのみ間欠回
転させるラチェット爪車を備え、該ラチェット爪車の回
転ドラム動作方向側停止位置を規制するストツノκ一を
ハンドラベラー本体に備え、前記ラチェット爪車に隣接
させてラベル送り駆動用スプリンビ，を備え、該スプリ
ングにより前記爪車を前記ストッパーに当接させる方向
に直接的に附勢させるとと（に前記レバーに対し復帰力
を与えるようにしたことを特徴としてなるハンドラベラ
