Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Application Field) This invention is a method for hoisting various kinds of cargo having rings on both ends to which hooks are hung, and loading or unloading them onto ships, trucks, etc.
Alternatively, it is an improvement on the hoisting belt, commonly known as a sling, which is used to lift the device from place to place.

(Prior Art) Various types of luggage slings were invented in the United States and have been known for a long time, and various structures have been proposed. For example, US Patent No. 5, which was accepted by the Patent Office in December 1984,
No. 112.903.291, and those with the same structure as the specification are Utility Publication No. 1982-48268 and Utility Publication No. 1983.
6-8868, etc., and the oldest example of an endless sling is Swedish Patent No. 841 published in 1971.
There are Patent Publication No. 51-6438 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 12599-1983 which claim priority over No. 456. Further, a structure in which this endless suspension band is constructed with rings left at both ends and the rest sewn is known as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-20478.

This invention is the same as the aforementioned Utility Model Publication No. 56-20478 in that rings are formed at both ends of the endless suspension band, but this invention is a further improvement on this.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) It is extremely frequently used for cargo to be lifted by ship, truck, or for changing locations, etc., as it is necessary to prevent damage to hard and soft goods, and also to prevent damage to the goods inside the container. A hard woven belt-like sling is sufficient for iron products, metal pipes, etc., which are hard and have no fear of breakage, but for various types of cargo that need to be protected from damage as well as containers. A flexible endless sling is used for this purpose. Since this endless sling requires flexibility, it uses an endless cord-like core made by winding a large number of threads into a skein shape and converging them, which is then covered with an endless outer shell. If the belt-shaped RIJ song or lifting belt has a soft core and can be used in the same way as an endless sling, it is natural that it can be conveniently used for hoisting a variety of loads in the same way as an endless sling, but it is still not suitable. Currently, nothing has been developed.

Hereinafter, a detailed description will be given with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a front view of a sling main body A with an improved core B, further formed with rings 1 at both ends, and wrapped with an outer skin C. This sling combines the advantages of a two-ring ring and an endless sling.

Next, the core B is made by forming an appropriate number of nylon or other strong fibers 2 into thick threads 2a of a predetermined thickness, and arranging an appropriate number of these in the horizontal direction and knitting them together, as shown in Figure 2. This is formed by winding it into an appropriate number of cylindrical shapes 6. That is, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 4, nylon and other strong fibers 2 are collected and formed into thick threads 2a, and a suitable number of these thick threads 2a are lined up to the width of the sling and roughly sewn with a tape stitching thread 4. form. The core B is formed by winding the thus formed material into a s6 shown in FIG. 82 in a skein shape, that is, endlessly. A ring 1 is formed by dividing the ring into two halves with the same number of inner and outer halves at both ends.

The figure shows a cylindrical corner made of strong nylon or other fibers in a plain weave, single-layered, or double-woven if necessary, and covered with an outer skin 7. The ring 1 is used for reinforcement, and the sling main body A is used to apply it to the corners of the load.

Next, to show the single layer of implementation, the core B uses about 20 nylon threads to form the thick thread 2a, 25 of these thick threads 2a are arranged in the horizontal direction, and the binding thread 4 is made of strong nylon thread. and spell it out in circles.

(Function) Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the core B of the sling main body A is different from the conventional plain weave, double or triple woven, and has flexibility, and is similar to an endless sling. The different straight lines make it easy to hang onto luggage, and in particular, it can prevent damage to the container, contents, etc., and satisfies these requirements. Moreover, the core B uses a large number of thick threads 2. The width can be freely selected as wide or narrow, and since @1 is not formed separately and fixed, the core B is divided into two parts, the inner and outer parts, so there is no risk of it falling out. It has many advantages, such as being able to absorb such a load evenly on the core B and withstanding long-term use.
