主バルブ２０を設け、この主バルブ２０をバネ２１で遮
断方向に付勢し、かつバネ室２２と入口ポート２とを細
孔２３セ連通すると共に、該バネ室２２とタンクポート
３とを断通ずるスブール５を弁本体１内に形成した弁孔
４内に設け、かつこの弁孔４と上記バネ室２２を連通ず
る通路内にダンパ作用をなす絞り２７を設け、一Ｆ記ス
プール５をバネ室２２内に設けたバネ２１で閉弁方向へ
付勢すると共に、バネ室２２の圧力による押力Ｆ１と比
例ソレノイド１２のプランジャ１３の推力Ｆ３とによっ
て連通方向に押動したことを特徴とする電磁比例圧力制
