付ける上部ケーシングと、前記上下両ケーシング間に配設しケーシング内を大気圧
室と負圧室とに区分するダイアフラムと、前記大気圧室に大気圧を導入する導管と、前記ダイアフ
ラムの負圧室側に固定し前記吸気管体の内部に伸長する
軸部材と、前記軸部材に取り付け前記管体内の相当の面積を占める
弁体と、前記ダイアフラムと前記下部ケーシングの底壁との間に
配設したコイルばねと、前記下部ケーシングの底壁と前記弁体とに設け前記負圧
室内に管体内の負圧を導入する開口とから成ることを特
