【考案の詳細な説明】 (イ) 産業上の利用分野 本考案は自動作業機におけるナツト締付装置に
関する。

い、然る後スパナヘツドを回転しつつ前進させて
ナツトを被螺合軸に螺合させるものが提案されて
いる。特公昭50−21021号公報に記載されたもの
がそれである。この装置では、ナツトをプローブ
で引つ掛けた後、受台を上方へシフトして、スパ
ナヘツドが受台に邪魔されることなく被螺合軸に
到達できるようにしている。しかしながらその受
台の上下には偏心カムとクランクよりなる複雑な
機構を使用しており、コスト、及び調整の手間の
面で不利であつた。

軸受6とスラスト軸受7によりスパナヘツド8の
軸部を回転自在に支持している。スパナヘツド8
は同じく往復台4上に支持された電動機9(第4
図に現われる)の軸にジヨイント10を介して連
結され、締付トルクを与えられるものである。ス
パナヘツド8の軸部は中空になつており、その中
に、抜止め用のフランジを根元に有するプローブ
11と圧縮コイルばね12とが挿入されている。
プローブ11はばね12の附勢力によりスパナヘ
ツド8の中心から前方に突出せしめられている。
なおスパナヘツド8は被螺合軸2と平行に、また
該軸の端面に正しく相対向する如く支持されてい
る。

方に配置されるナツトフイーダであり、第5図及
び第6図に動作を示す如く、垂直なシユート20
から整列状態で送られて来るナツト16をスライ
ダ21により1個ずつ分離しては受台13の凹嵌
部17に落し込むものである。而して往復台4と
受台13には、往復台4の前進に伴なつて受台1
3を下降させるカム装置22が設けられる。実施
例においては、往復台4に固定されたくさび状の
板カム23と、受台13の側面に枢支されたロー
ラ様カムフオロワ24とがカム装置22を構成す
る。

ツト16をつかまえ、第4図に示す如く被螺合軸
2に螺合させる。ナツト16の締付トルクが所定
値に達したところで電動機9は停止し、往復台4
は後退して、新たな被螺合軸2に対するナツト締
付作業に備えるものである。

易であり、信頼性も向上するものである。
