閉装置において、 (イ) 窓枠の上部と窓本体の上部との間に掛け渡
された条体を用いて窓本体を昇降させる昇降機構
と、 (ロ) 窓本体を窓枠に対して接離する方向に案内
する第１の案内機構と、 (ハ) 窓本体の両側部に上下方向にスライド自在
に支持された長尺のガイド材を有し、このガイド
材により窓本体を上下方向に案内する第２案内機
構と、 (ニ) 伸縮機能を有し上記ガイド材を窓枠に対し
