ツクが接続されるとともに前記第１の常閉形スイ
ツチを介して前記負荷に接続されたＤＣ入力端子
と、このＤＣ入力端子に前記ＤＣアダプタジヤツ
クが接続されたとき開放する第２の常閉形スイツ
チと、前記第１、第２の常閉形スイツチを直列に
介して前記負荷に接続される内蔵電池とを具備し
