【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円板状の基部と、該基部の周縁部に配置されホイールデイスクの
内周面に係合する半径方向に弾性変形可能な複数
個の係合部と、該係合部に保持され、該係合部を遠心方向に付
勢するリングホルダーと、該基部の周縁部の周縁方向にそつて配置された
、該ホイールデイスクの内周面との間に間隙をお
いて対向する係止面をもつ複数個の係止部と、を
具備し、該基部が該ホイールデイスクの内周面に強圧さ
れたとき、該係止部の該係止面と該ホイールデイ
スクの内周面とが当接して、該基部を保持する構
