付けている。回転検出センサiは回転子hの位置
を検出するものであり、一般に固定子巻線aの相
数に応じて設けられており、回転検出センサiの
出力にて対応する固定子巻線aの励磁期間を定め
るものである。ところが従来装置においては、固
定子巻線aを巻装した固定子鉄心bと軸受スリー
ブdの間及びこの軸受スリーブdと回転検出セン
サiの保持筒jの間の各位置規制がなされていな
いので、組立時にこれらの関係を考慮せねばなら
ない欠点があり、回転検出センサiを固定子巻線
aの対応位置に厳密に取付けるのはきわめて困難
であり、ワウ性能を向上することができなかつ
た。

定子鉄心8の係着位置規制用突出部9が一体成型
されており、この突出部9に固定子鉄心8の中央
孔10の縁部に設けた溝11を嵌合することによ
り固定子鉄心8の軸受スリーブ2への係着位置が
規制される。一方各保持筒4には射出成型時に永
久磁石回転子12に近接配置される回転検出セン
サ13がインサート成型されている。従つて軸受
スリーブ2の突出部9によつて固定子鉄心8の係
着位置が規制され、また軸受スリーブ2と回転検
出センサ13をインサート成型した保持筒4とが
所定の関係にあることになり、固定子鉄心8に巻
装される固定子巻線14と回転検出センサ13と
を一定の関係位置に配置することができる。尚軸
受スリーブ2の内周には軸受15が圧入固定され
ている。
