Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は加熱室内を高温にし加熱調理する手段
を備えた、いわゆるヒーター付高周波加熱装置に
関するものである。

アに設けられた覗き窓を曇らせたり、器体から水
が流れ落ちたりする。これを防ぐため加熱室内へ
風を送り込む送風路と、加熱室内の水蒸気を排出
する排気路を設け、高周波発生装置を冷却する送
風機からの風を強制的に加熱室内へ送り込み、そ
の風とともに水蒸気を外部へ放出する手段が知ら
れている。一方ヒーター加熱時においては加熱室
内の空気を高温にし加熱調理するため、加熱室内
面やドア内面も高温となるので、被加熱物から水
蒸気が発生しても加熱室やドア内面に水滴は付着
しにくい。またヒーター加熱時には加熱室内から
熱が外部に放出するのを防ぎ熱効率を良くするた
め、加熱室の密閉構造を必要とする。しかし前記
送風機を動作させて加熱室内へ風を送り込んだ場
合はいうまでもないが、送風機を停止させた場合
でもヒーターによる加熱中に送風路や排気路を介
して自然対流などにより加熱室外部へ熱が放出し
てしまうので、著しく熱効率が低下する欠点があ
つた。また前記欠点を解消する手段として前記送
風路や排気路内に風路開閉装置を配設し、ヒータ
ー動作時には風路を閉ざし加熱室からの熱の放出
を防止する方法もあるが、構造が複雑となること
からコスト高となる欠点があつた。
