前記操作レバーの裏側に固定されて前記操作レバーの前
進に伴ない突出状態の前記コンセント本体の一部に係合
してこのコンセント本体の没入を阻止するロック板と、
前記ロック板の前記突片に係合して前記ロック板を進出
