に着磁された永久磁石と、該永久磁石を装着し、かつ磁
気回路の一部を構成する外部ヨークと、前記永久磁石か
ら発生する磁束を中央に集中させる為の磁気回路として
前記永久磁石と一定の間隔を保って中央部に配置する内
部ヨークと、該内部ヨークと前記外部ヨークとを一定間
隔に保持し、かつ両者を磁気的に結合する為の側面ヨー
クとから構成される内磁型磁気回路を固定子とし、前記
内部ヨークと前記永久磁石の間隙に両者に接触しない様
に保持されたコイルボビンと、該コイルボビンに巻回さ
れたコイルと、前記コイルから発生する推力を外部に伝
達する為にコイルボビンから出された伝達部を可動子と
する可動コイル型リニアモータにおいて、前記内部ヨー
クに一本もしくは複数本の溝をコイル移動方向に平行に
形成し、その中に一本もしくは複数本のレールを取り付
け、さらに前記伝達部に、コイルボビンを間隙に保持し
ながらレールに沿って走行させる為の動輪部および動輪
保持部を有する事を特徴とする可動コイル型リニアモー
