Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）　　！動機、ポンプユニット、バルブユニット及
    びシリンダーユニットを軸方向に配列し外筒に一体的に
    収納したことを特徴とする、電動油圧シリンダー。 （２）前記ポンプユニットがトロコイドポンプから成る
    、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電動油圧シリン
    ダー。 （３１前記バルブユニットが一対のスプールバルブ゛か
    ら成っていて、一方のスプールバルブがポンプ吐出圧に
    よって移動したとき油圧シリンダーの排油側通路をポン
    プの吸入側に通せしめ、他方のスプールバルブのポンプ
    の吸入による移動によってポンプ吐出圧を油圧シリンダ
    ーの駆動側へ供給するように構成した、実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の電動油圧シリンダー。 （４）　　前記外筒の内側に環状空間から成る油タンク
    を有することを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項乃至第３項記載の電動油圧シリンダー。
