If these wind lines adhere to the product during weaving and become woven, they will cause uneven coloring and weaving defects, reducing the quality of the product, and will also adhere to all parts of the loom, especially the oil supply parts such as bearings and cams. The treatment of fluff in this type of automatic loom is extremely important because it interferes with normal operation and harms the health of workers working in the weaving room. As a conventional wind line treatment method, a method is known in which a whirlwind machine or the like is rotated above the loom to blow away the wind lint from above the loom. However, with this method, the fluff is only temporarily moved away from the loom and is still floating in the weaving chamber, so it cannot be a complete fluff treatment. Therefore,
A dust collector that suctions and captures the wind particles is desirable, but wind lines are extremely light and highly adhesive, so if a conventional general dust collector is used as is, the dust collection filter will be extremely weak. The filter becomes clogged in a short period of time, and the filter must be replaced frequently, which is cumbersome to handle, making it unsuitable for practical use. In addition, in conventional dust collectors, the clogged state of the filter cannot be confirmed from the outside, so it is easy to miss the time to replace the filter, making it less effective. In order to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned secondary technology, a dust collection tank with a suction pipe in the tangential direction of the cylinder part is installed coaxially around the dust collection filter on the external cylinder attached to the suction side of the exhaust fan. A built-in dust collector has been proposed.

Three to four casters 11 are attached to the bottom of the dust collection tank 8, and three to four support legs 12 are connected to the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust fan 1. When the casters 11 are placed on the installation surface E, the length is such that the casters 11 float above the installation surface E by a height of 1.
In a normal state, the entire structure consisting of the blower 1, the dust collection filter and the dust collection tank 8 is vertically supported by the support legs 12. In addition, removable connecting rods 13 such as hooks are attached to two to four places on the outer circumference of the air blower i, and the dust collecting tank 8 is suspended by the connecting rods 13. As mentioned above, when the exhaust fan 1 to dust collection filter 7 and dust collection tank 8 are arranged vertically, the space occupied in the lateral direction becomes their cross-sectional area.

This plane area is much smaller than the plane area when the exhaust fan 1, dust collection filter 7, and dust collection tank 8 are arranged laterally. Therefore, the installation space is significantly reduced compared to the conventional one, and it becomes possible to realize a highly practical dust collector in a place where the spatial space is small, such as a weaving room. Furthermore, as shown in the figure, the bag dust tank 8 is removably suspended from the Hifuki 1 using the connector 13, and the casters 11 attached to the bottom of the dust collection tank 8 are suspended from the installation surface E by a height of Since the dust collecting tank 8 is lifted up by the supporting chest 12, when removing the fluff filled in the dust collecting tank 8, the connector 13 is released and the dust collecting tank 8 is moved to the exhaust fan 1.
Remove the 9E wind fan 1 and dust collection filter 7 from the supporting chest 1.
2, the dust collection tank 8 can be transported by rolling the caster hemlock, and the fluff can be removed at a predetermined location. 8 becomes extremely easy to reinstall. -Furthermore, in this embodiment, the
The electric motor 3 constituting the fan 2 is installed approximately at the center of the partition plate 14 of the scale fan 2, and an appropriate number of holes 15 are provided around the partition plate 14 to allow the airflow from the Enoki fan 2 to flow through. A current plate 16 is provided along the through hole 15 on the partition plate 14, and the current is guided to the through hole 15 and the current plate 16 through the right angle current transformation plate 14a. It has a structure in which an outer plate 17 surrounds the upper part and around the electric motor 3 to form an air exhaust passage 18 having an annular space around the electric motor 3 as an outlet.

With such an exhaust mechanism, the air from the exhaust fan 2 passes through the ventilation hole 15 and is rectified by the rectifier plate 16 so that it rotates in the same direction, and from the annular space around the electric motor 3 in the direction of the arrow C. In other words, the electric motor 3 is discharged as it rotates. Therefore, it is possible to avoid problems such as, for example, fly fluff adhering to the ceiling of the weaving china is stimulated by the exhaust air and falls. In the dust collector of the above structure, when the drum fan 1 is rotated to perform dust collection, since the suction pipe 9 is provided in the tangential direction of the outer circumference of the dust collection tank 6,
The collected dust sucked in from the suction pipe 9 as shown by arrow A flows into an annular space 19 formed between the dust collection filter 7 and the dust collection tank 8.
Inside, the dust filter 7 is given a turning motion like an arrowhead, and it turns round and round around the surface of the dust collection filter 7 without adhering to it.

The swirling effect here is more pronounced when the material is light like fluff. As a result, clogging of the dust collection filter 7 due to fluff becomes extremely difficult to occur, and a high dust collection ability is exhibited for a long period of time. Furthermore, the suction force increases as the suction port 6 gets closer, that is, the closer it gets to the exhaust fan 2, the more the air fluff moves toward the exhaust fan 2 while performing the above-mentioned swirling motion. Therefore, when the amount of fluff collected increases, the fluff accumulates sequentially along the direction P from the side end surface of the exhaust fan 2 toward the end surface 8b of the dust tank 8.
During that time, part b of the dust collection filter 7 where no fluff has accumulated.
performs normal dust collection and suction action. It is after the inside of the annular space 19 is completely filled with fluff that the dust collection effect can no longer be expected. For this reason, the use efficiency of the annular space 19, which serves as the dust collection space, is extremely high, and the amount of fluff collected and captured is dramatically improved. The device can be realized. Also,
As long as the dust collecting ability is maintained, the sucked fly fluff continues the above-mentioned swirling motion, so by checking the presence or absence of swirling motion,
It is possible to determine the degree of dust collection ability and to reliably know when to remove the fluff stuck in the annular space 19. The swirling motion of the fluff can be easily and reliably visually distinguished from the outside by constructing part or all of the dust collection tank 8 from a transparent material such as acrylic. As mentioned above,
This dust collector is extremely effective in treating fluff.

However, when light dust, which is significantly heavier than the fluff, is inhaled, this light dust goes straight from the suction pipe 9 to the dust collection filter 7 without undergoing the above-mentioned swirling motion.
There was a problem in that the dust adhered to the dust collecting filter 7 and the dust collecting filter 7 quickly became clogged. In addition, when used as a device to collect spark pollen dust generated during polishing with a grinder, etc., the inhaled spark pollen dust may adhere to combustible dust such as fluff that has already been inhaled and adhered, causing ignition and combustion. There was a risk of it happening. The present invention solves this problem and prevents the dust collection filter from becoming clogged even when collecting not only fly fluff but also light dust with a significantly smaller mass than this, and even when inhaling spark dust, it can ignite and burn. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high-output and highly reliable dust collector that does not cause any problems.

FIG. 3 is a front view of the dust collector according to the present invention with a partially broken part, and FIG.
The figure is a plan sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 3. In the figures, the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 and 2 indicate the same components. As shown in the figure, in the present invention, a plurality of rectifying blades 20 are arranged around the dust collecting filter 7 at appropriate intervals along the direction of the filter. This rectifier blade 2 flows from the suction pipe 9 to the dust collection tank 8.
It is provided so as to be inclined along the direction of the intake air flow flowing into the intake air. That is, the angle formed by the surface 20a which is the front surface with respect to the direction opening of the intake air flow and the surface of the dust collection filter 7 is Q.
and the angle 3 between the back surface 20b and the surface of the dust collection filter 7 is
In this case, it is provided at an angle so that Q>8. When such a rectifier blade 20 is provided, a component force is applied to the airflow sucked into the dust collection tank 8 from the suction pipe 9 by the rectifier blade 20 to push it outward, and the airflow is directed toward the dust collection tank 8. It begins to rotate along the inner surface of the

Therefore, not only does the fluff have a dust-collecting effect, but even if the intake air contains light dust or spark dust, which has a significantly smaller mass than the fluff, these particles will collide with the surface 20a of the rectifying blade 20. While being kept away from the dust collecting filter 7, it turns along the inner surface of the dust collecting tank 8 and falls to the bottom thereof. As a result, clogging of the dust collection filter 7 due to light dust is prevented. In addition, the spark dust collides with the rectifying blade 201 and is moved away from the dust collection filter 7, swirling along the inner surface of the dust collection tank 8, falling to the bottom and cooling, so that the spark dust ignites and burns. is prevented, and reliability is significantly improved. Moreover, with the rectifying blade 20, even if fluff or dust adheres to other parts, hardly any fluff or dust will adhere to the base 2 of the rectifying blade 20 for a long period of time. The dust collection operation can be continued for a long period of time through this base part D. Furthermore, the straightening blade 20 promotes the swirling movement of the intake air flow, increasing the dust collection ability.

As described above, the dust collector according to the present invention has an electric motor and an air flow sucked through the intake □ connected to the rotating shaft of the motor and provided at the center of the rotating shaft. an air exhaust fan that blows air; a partition plate that is provided above the 8E air fan and has a through hole that allows the 8E air flow to pass through from the air exhaust fan; a rectifying plate that guides in the direction of the rotational axis while rotating; an outer plate that surrounds the partition plate and the rectifying plate above and around the electric motor and forms an exhaust passage having an annular space formed in the electric motor as an outlet; a screen dust filter having a cylindrical outer shape and installed below the air intake port of the 9E wind fan;
A dust collection device including a suction pipe in the tangential direction of the cylindrical part and several dust collection tanks installed coaxially outside the dust collection filter, the dust collection device having a plurality of dust collection tanks arranged coaxially outside the dust collection filter, The feature is that multiple rectifying blades are installed along the axial direction and tilted in the direction of the intake air flow, so it is possible to collect not only fluff but also light dust with a significantly smaller mass. It is possible to provide a high-output and highly reliable dust collector whose filter is less likely to be clogged and which does not cause ignition and combustion even if spark pollen dust is inhaled. Brief explanation of drawings 1st
The figure is a front view of a conventional dust collector with a partial defect, FIG. 2 is a side view of the same with a partial defect, FIG. 3 is a front view of a dust collector according to the invention with a partial defect, and FIG. FIG. 5, a plan sectional view taken along line B, is a diagram showing actually measured data of air volume-static pressure characteristics.
