As shown in Fig. 1, a conventional automatic door opening/closing control device has a plurality of hot wire or radar switches D installed on the ceiling B to divide the detection range E of passing objects, and a central switch D.
There is a control device that opens the door halfway when only one switch detects a passing object, and fully opens the door when two or more switches D detect a passing object at the same time, but this control device uses the expensive detection switch D. In addition to requiring multiple switches, labor-intensive installation work was also required for the number of switches, making them extremely expensive. It has the characteristic that the door automatically closes when it stops. In addition, there is also a system that uses a Masotto Isoji with the detection range E divided by installing an iron material F divided into several parts inside the floor in front of the door to control the automatic door to fully open or half open in the same manner as above, but this device However, there was a problem in terms of durability due to changes in the cape switch over time, and it also had the disadvantage that it did not look good. This invention was made in view of the above, and uses a photoelectric reflective switch consisting of a light emitter and a receiver, and when a passing object enters from the front of the door and interrupts the optical axis of the photoelectric reflective switch, the photoelectric reflective switch emits light. The technical challenge is to control the opening and closing of automatic doors using detection signals. The means to achieve this technical problem is to install two sets of photoelectric reflective switches on the panel or ceiling above the door, one with its optical axis passing through both sides in front of the door, and the other with its optical axis passing near the center of the front of the door. Both optical axes are installed on the same plane so that the light passes through the switch, and the door engine for driving the door receives the detection signals from the two sets of photoelectric reflective switches and determines whether to open the door fully or to a predetermined opening. This is achieved by providing a converter that sends a command signal to the controller based on the determination. With this method, when only the photoelectric reflective switch, which has optical axes near both front sides of the door, emits a detection signal, it is determined that a single passerby is entering from the side, and the automatic door is fully opened, and both optical reflective switches are activated at the same time. Or, when the detection signals are emitted almost simultaneously, it is determined that a single passerby is entering from near the center, and the automatic door is opened to a predetermined opening degree narrower than full opening.

In the embodiment of the present invention having the above configuration, when a passing object enters the front of the door and blocks only the optical axis P□, the photoelectric reflective switch 1 detects the passing object and sends a detection signal to the converter 3. Upon receiving this, the converter 3 determines that a passing object is approaching from the front and side direction of the door A, and sends a fully open command to the door engine controller 4 to fully open the door A. On the other hand, when a passing object enters in front of the door A and simultaneously blocks the two optical axes P and P2, the photoelectric reflective switches 1 and 2 both send detection signals to the converter 3. The converter 3 which receives these signals at the same time determines that a passing object is approaching from near the front center of the door A, and issues a half-open command to the door engine controller 4 to cause the door A to be half-opened. When only the photoelectric reflex switch 2 issues a detection signal, the converter does not issue a command to the door engine controller 4, and therefore the door A does not operate.

In the above embodiment, the door A is determined based on the entry position of the passing body.
However, in this invention, a limit switch is provided at the position where door A is desired to be opened half-open, and a converter 3' that can convert the input signal into pulses and compare and discriminate is used. It is also possible to control the door A to be fully opened or half-open depending not only on the entry position of the passing body but also on the entry state.

In Fig. 4, numeral 5 is a switch located above the position where door A is desired to be opened half-open, and when the tip of door A passes directly below it, a detection signal is emitted and transmitted to converter 3'. be. This converter 3' includes photoelectric reflex switches 1 and 2.
It has a circuit configuration that captures the rising edge of the detection signal transmitted from the photoelectric reflection switch and converts it into a pulse of unit time, and issues a full-half-open command at the time when the unit pulse obtained by converting the signal from the photoelectric reflection switch is completed. Therefore, enter from near the front center of door A1
The objects passing by do not move at the same time, but with a slight time difference, when the optical axis p1. Even when blocking p2, if the detection signals sent from both optical reflective switches 1 and 2 to the converter 3' have a time difference within the unit pulse width, the photoelectric reflective switch 1
Since the converter 3' is issued at the end of the pulse after converting the open signal, the converter 3' does not issue a full open command, but instead issues a half open command to the door engine controller 4, causing the door A to be opened half way. Further, when the limit switch 5 is operated in the opening direction and the door A passes directly below the limit switch 5, a detection signal is generated, and when the door A is operated in the opening direction and passes directly below the limit switch 5 again, this signal is generated. At the same time, the full/half-open command of the converter 3' is set to be reset at the falling edge of the limit switch 5 when it changes from the transmitting state to the free state. In other words, when the door opening is more than half-open and the limit switch 5 is in the transmitting state,
The converter 3' cannot issue a new command to the door engine controller 4 regardless of the signals from the photoelectric reflex switches 1 and 2. For example, if a passerby enters the door from the front side and blocks only the optical axis P1 of the photoelectric reflective switch 1, the converter 3' that receives the signal from the photoelectric reflective switch 1 is fully opened. A command is issued to fully open door A, but once the opening degree of door A becomes more than half open and the limit switch 5 enters the transmitting state, another passing object enters from near the front center of door A and the two photoelectric Even if the reflective switches 1 and 2 both issue detection signals, the converter 3' issues a half-open command in response to this signal, and the door A is fully opened. Therefore, the transition to the half-open operation does not cause the inconvenience that the door A obstructs the front of the object passing through mA from the side. On the other hand, if a single passerby enters from near the front center of door A and the two photoelectric reflex switches 1 and 2 both detect this, the converter 3' sends a half-open command to the door engine control 4 to open the door. A is opened half-open, but unless door A is in the half-open position and the limit switch 5 is in the transmitting state, another passing object will then enter the door from the front and side direction, and the optical axis P1 of the photoelectric reflective switch 1 will be opened. When the door A is crossed, the converter 3d receives this detection signal and sends a full open command to the door engine controller 4.
fully open. Therefore, if a passing object attempts to enter Door A from near the front center of Door A, and another passing object attempts to enter from the front and side direction of Door A, the door A will open fully and the two passing objects will be delayed. can quickly pass through door A without getting stuck. As described above, in this second embodiment, the automatic door opening/closing control of the present invention is capable of correctly performing full/half open control even when there is a time difference between the transmission and reception of the detection signal due to the entry state of one or more passers-by. is exemplified.

Furthermore, instead of the two sets of light emitters and receivers 1a, lb, 2a, 2b using one light beam used in the above embodiment, one set of two light beams is used.
If a photoelectric reflective switch consisting of a light emitter/receiver using a light beam is used in the present invention, it is possible to provide an automatic door opening/closing control device having both a direction determining function and a position detecting function.

As is clear from the above description, according to the automatic door opening/closing control device of the present invention, a photoelectric reflective switch consisting of a light emitter and receiver is used for detection without using an expensive detection switch such as a conventional hot wire or radar switch. Since it can be used as a switch to perform correct full/half-open control depending on the state of entry of passing objects, economical automatic door opening/closing control can be achieved. Further, if a photoelectric reflective switch using two light beams is used as a detection switch, the automatic door opening/closing control can be performed more effectively.
