情報発生手段と、該再生状態情報に基ついて該再生素子
の移送機構等の再生装置内部機構の動作制御用信号を発
生すると共に該内部機構の動作状態を検出すると共に該

録媒体から再生された映像信号中の垂直同期信号に基つ
