気記録、再生を行なう装置において、前記１方向の２つ
のトラックのうちの１つのトラックを２分割し、それに
合わせて磁気ヘッドの当該トラックに対応するギャップ
を２分割して用い、録音側に加算器および減算器を設け
てこれらにテープ位置検出信号発生器からの信号を加え
、再生側にも加算器および減算器を設けて減算器の出力
からテープ位置検出信号を取り出すように構成したこと
