して上記バックフレームに半径が連続的に変化する溝孔
を有するカムを軸着し、且つ上記腰椎支持部材の側部に
上記カムの溝孔に係合するピンを６し、上記腰椎支持部
材の軸支部と上記ピンと上記カムの軸着部とのなす角を
９０゜以上の鈍角の範囲に設定して成り、上記カムを回
動することにより上記腰椎支持部材を前方又は後方へ回
動させると共に、上記カムの停止位置で上記腰椎支持部
材が上記バックフレームに対して係止されるようにした
