Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable overall adjustments of functions of an image tube from outside the housing, by providing small holes in the peripheral wall of the cylindrical housing for enabling operations of the regulating apparatus for the power source contained within the housing. CONSTITUTION:Several small holes 8 are previously provided in the peripheral wall of the housing 5. These holes 8 are disposed at the positions that will exactly oppose the regualting volume controls 4 at the time the image tube 1 and the driving power source 2 are contained in the housing 5. Therefore, the image tube assembly is arranged so that the same can be effectively and easily adjusted by operating the volume controls 4 through the small holes 8 from outside the housing. The small holes 8 can be sealed off with silicone rubber or the like after all adjustments are finished, and the sealing is preferable for preventing malfunction of the apparatus during its operation.

微妙な調整を行い、然る1に容器内に収納せしめなけれ
ばならないが、その時、必ずしも容器外で調整した通り
の特性が再現するとは限らず、所望の特性が得られない
場合には、再び容器よシ取シはずして再調整しなければ
ならないなどの欠点があった。

管1の各電極に所定の電圧が供給される。駆動電源2に
は、イメージ管IYC給給する電極電圧を可変し、イメ
ージ管1の総合的特性を調整するためのボリウム4があ
らかじめ数個設けられておシ、かかるボリウム4による
調整を行った後イメージ管1及び駆動電源2は絶縁性の
円筒状容器5中に収納され、底蓋6によシ固定される。

器5の側壁にあらかじめ数個の小孔8が設けられている
。かかる小孔8は、イメージ管1及び駆動電源2を容器
5中に収納せしめた時に5丁度前記調整用ボリウム4の
位置に対応するように配置されている。従って本発明に
なるイメージ管アセンブリ構体は、容器の外よシボ孔8
を通してボリウム4を操作することが可能となり、調整
作業は飛躍的に能率的かつ容易になった。かかる本発明
になる小孔8は、全ての調整を完了した後に、シリコン
ゴム等を充てんするなどして塞ぐことができ、使用する
際の誤動作を防止する上では、塞ぐことが望ましい。
