Claims (1)
- 動圧作用を発生する動圧溝を少なくとも三箇所に有し一
端部が固定された支持軸と、この支持軸の他端部から挿
入されこの挿入側の反対側になる底端部をスラスト型磁
気軸受で支持された円筒状回転体とを備え、駆動装置に
よって上記円筒状回転体が上記支持軸のまわりを回転す
る回転装置において、上記支持軸に軸方向に沿って両端
を貫通した貫通孔とこの貫通孔と連絡し上記支持軸の半
径方向に沿って、支持軸の側面上を貫通した貫通孔とを
設けるとともに、上記円筒状回転体の底端部にこの円筒
状回転体の回転軸に沿って底端部を貫通した貫通孔を設
けたことを特徴とする回転装置。
