の一実施例を示す検出器のブロック図、第４図はシュミ
ットトリガ−回路への入力波形図、第５図はシュミット
トリガ−回路の出力波形図、第６図は単安定マルチバイ
ブレータの出力波形図である。 符号の説明、１は振動センサ、２は増幅器、３は帯域ろ
波器、４は実効値回路、５は直流増幅器、６はシュミッ
トトリガ−回路、７は単安定マルチバイブレータ、８は
警報回路。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ころがり軸受における機械的振動を振動センサによって
    電気信号に変換検出し、この検出された信号をもとにこ
    ろがり軸受の異常を検出する装置において、振動センサ
    からの微小信号を増幅するための増幅器と、不要な信号
    を除去するための帯域ろ波器と、帯域ろ波器の出力から
    の実効値を求める実効値回路とミ実効値検出回路の出力
    をに倍に増幅する直流増幅器と、Ｋ倍に増幅された実効
    値と帯域Ｐ波器からの出力とを比較し帯域Ｐ波器の出力
    かに倍の実効値を超えた場合に超えている時間に等して
    時間幅をもつパルス信号を出力するシュミットトリガ回
    路と、前記パルス信号により作動する単安定マルチバイ
    ブレータと、この単安定マルチバイブレータからの出力
    信号によって作動する警報回路とを備えたころがり軸受
    の異常検出器。
