Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）超音波集束レンズを用いて集束された超音波ビー
    ムを走査して試料に照射し、試料からの反射波又は透過
    波を受波し超音波画像として表示可能とする超音波顕微
    鏡において、前記超音波集束レンズを支持する支持具と
    超音波集束レンズとの間に、電気信号を用いて超音波集
    束レンズを変位動させるトランスジューサを介装した構
    成としたことを特徴とする超音波顕微鏡装置。
  2. （２）前記変位動は、前記超音波集束レンズの軸方向に
    成されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の超音波顕微鏡装置。
  3. （３）前記変位動は、前記超音波集束レンズの軸方向に
    対してほぼ直角な方向に成されることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波顕微鏡装置。
  4. （４）　　前記トランスジューサは、バイモルフ圧電体
    で構成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の超音波顕微鏡装置。
