を可変可能なフライホイールと、このフライホイールを
離間する方向に操作する操作部と、エンジンの回転数を
検出する回転数検出回路と、車速を検出する車速検出回
路と、車速に応じて上記副フライホイールを上記主フラ
イホイールに連結させておくエンジン回転数の変動率の
範囲を記憶する記憶部と、車速に対してエンジン回転数
の変動率が上記記憶部で与えられる変動率の範囲外であ
る場合に上記副フライホイールを上記主フライホイール
から離間させて主フライホイールのみが回転する状態に
切換える制御部とを具備してなる可変慣性質量型フライ
