Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

（１）表面に所要の印刷を施し、裏面に粘着層を形成し
てなる配送品に貼付される耐水性合成紙製伝票本体と、
この伝票本体の裏面に重合させた剥離紙よりなる配送伝
票において、前記伝票本体の少なくとも一端部には上端
から下端に亘ってスリットが設けられていることを特徴
