Claims (1)
- 圧電振動子を用いて温度補償した圧電発振器において、
第１感温部によりアナログ信号で制御されるアナログ温
度補償部と、第２感温部によりアナログ信号をディジタ
ル信号変換して制御されるディジタル温度補償部とを用
いて、該圧電振動子の温度補償をしたことを特徴とする
ディジタル温度補償圧電発振器。
