Conventionally, various wire retaining clamps have been used for tension-resistant insulators, but in the case of any of the wire retaining clamps, if the wire ends are clamped without stripping the coating, induction problems will occur. Currently, the coating on the ends of wires is stripped before clamping, and as a result, it is not possible to clamp the ends of wires while the wires are live and carrying current.
There were problems such as the power had to be cut off before construction could be carried out.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is a method for tension-resistant insulators that can clamp the ends of electric wires in a live wire state without power outage, and without the risk of causing induction disturbances. The purpose of this invention is to provide a clamp for holding electric wires.

That is, in order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides a wire core wire on the inner surface of a cylindrical or split-cylindrical metal clamp body by breaking the wire sheath while clamping the wire end with the clamp body. This invention relates to a wire retaining clamp for tension-resistant insulators, which is provided with six holding pieces for holding parts, and examples thereof will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Here, reference numeral 1 denotes a split-cylindrical clamp body made of metal such as iron or copper, and the clamp body 1 is formed into a C-shape that gradually becomes thicker from the sub-opening 9 toward the center. The mounting piece 3 is integrally formed with a bolt insertion hole 2 drilled at one end. A plurality of C-ring-shaped holding pieces 4 are provided at intervals on the inner surface of the clamp body 1, and marks 5 for indicating the position of the holding pieces are provided on the outer surface. .

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, when the end of the electric wire 6 is clamped with the clamp body 1,
It bites into the wire sheathing portion 7 and rupturing the sheathing portion 7, tightens and holds the wire core portion 8 from the surrounding area, and also electrically connects the wire core wire portion 8 and the clamp body 1 to prevent an induction 4 failure. It is something that does work. Therefore, in this embodiment, the holding curved piece 4 completely breaks the wire sheathing part 7 during clamping, and holds the wire core part 8 and separates the wire core part 8 and the clamp body 1. In order to ensure sufficient conduction, the cross-sectional shape of the holding curved piece 4 is shaped like a chevron as shown in FIG. so that you can hold it in your arms,
The height of this holding piece 4 and the wall thickness of the clamp body 1 are
As shown in the figure, the size becomes smaller as it approaches the sub-opening 9, and furthermore, both sides of the holding curved piece 4 are arranged so as to prevent rainwater from entering the inside of the wire from the broken part of the wire sheathing part 7. As shown in the figure, it is coated with an ice repellent material 10 such as a compound.

In addition, in this embodiment, the clamp body 1 is constructed in the shape of a split cylinder, but the clamp body 1 is constructed in the shape of a cylinder, and a plurality of O-ring-shaped holding pieces are provided at intervals on the inner surface of the clamp body 1. Good too. Furthermore, instead of forming the holding piece 4 in the substantially C-ring shape or O-ring shape as described above, it may be formed into a tooth-shaped holding piece 4' as shown in FIG.

To explain how to use the electric wire retaining clamp for tension insulators of the present invention as described above, as shown in FIGS. The mounting piece 3 of the clamp body 1 is attached to the tip of the rod 15 with bolts and nuts, and the simmerer grip 1 grips the electric wire 6.
The pulley 18 attached to the hook 17 of 6 and the clamp body 1
The end of the electric wire 6 is pulled to the clamp body 1 by pulling the insulating rope 20 wound between it and the pulley 19 attached to the hook 11.
The electric wire 6 is inserted into the inside of the clamp body 1, and the part of the clamp body 1 where the mark 5 for indicating the position of the holding piece is compressed from the periphery to hold and fix the electric wire 6 so that it cannot be pulled out. Then, desirably, as shown in FIG.

In this way, when the end of the electric wire 6 is clamped by compressing the mark 5 of the clamp body 1 from the periphery, the clamp body 1 becomes thicker from the sub-opening 9 toward the center. The closer the portion is to the opening 9, the easier the bending deformation becomes, and the clamp body 1 is bent so as to wrap around the core portion 8 from the outside along the shape of the wire core portion 8 of the electric wire, as shown in FIG. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, the holding curved piece 4 on the inner surface of the clamp body 1 breaks the wire sheathing portion 7 and firmly holds the wire core portion 8, so that an extremely large ramping force can be obtained. It is.

When the end of the electric wire 6 is clamped using the clamp of the present invention, the core wire portion 8 is compressed evenly from its outer circumferential surface, and as a result, each conductor forming the core wire portion 8 forms a perfect circle with no gaps between them. However, during this compression, the current passage area in the core wire portion 8 remains almost unchanged from before clamping.

Further, during clamping, the holding curved piece 4 establishes electrical continuity between the wire core portion 8 and the clamp body 1, so that no induction failure occurs.

Moreover, according to the clamp of the present invention, it is possible to clamp the wire 6 as it is without peeling off the coating 7 at the end, so it is possible to carry out construction work while the wire is live with current flowing through it. This eliminates the hassle of having to turn off the power every time construction is done, which is the case with conventional products.

In addition, as in the embodiment, both sides of the holding piece 4 are coated with a water-repellent material layer 1.
When covering with 0, it is possible to effectively prevent rainwater from entering the inside of the electric wire, so there is an advantage that it is possible to effectively prevent the core wire of the electric wire from corroding and reducing the tensile strength of the electric wire.

As described above, the present invention has a simple structure and has remarkable effects such as being able to securely clamp electric wires in a live wire state, and is extremely useful as a wire clamp.
