Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 放熱器は上板に突条を設け、突条にはねじ孔が設けられ
    、押え板には前記放熱器の突条を挾んで係合せしめる突
    起と、前記放熱器に設けたねじ孔に螺合するねじの挿通
    孔を有し、放熱器の上板にパワートランジスタを載置し
    、該パワートランジスタの上面に押え板を当接し、前記
    ねじ孔にねじを適用して押え板を固定するようにしたパ
    ワートランジスタの取付構造。
