    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）少なくともアルミ箔１１、合成樹脂フィルム１２
    および内側面にヒートシール層１３の各層を有する積層
    材１を、容器内の減圧による体積収縮を吸収し得る形状
    に成形してなるホットバック容器用の蓋体１゜
  2. （２）カップ型の、合成樹脂成形容器、紙製容器または
    紙／合成樹指腹合容器に対して使用する実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項の蓋体１゜（３）筒状の、紙製多層包装
    材製容器に対して使用する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項の蓋体１゜（４）合成樹脂フィルムが１ナイロン、ポ
    リエステル、ポリプロピレンおよび高密度ポリエチレン
    等からえらんだ合成樹脂の延伸フィルムである実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項の蓋体。
