Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＩＣ化された電子スイッチのＩＣ回路１の出力端に出力
    トランジスタ５を外付けするものにおいて、この出力ト
    ランジスタのエミッタを電源に対して抵抗Ｒ０を介して
    接続するとともにそのコレクタを出力端子に引出し、か
    つそのベースを上記ＩＣ回路１の比較器２の一芳の入力
    端および出力しゃ断回路３にそれぞれ接続し、上記抵抗
    Ｒ０による電圧降下を上記出力トランジスタ５のペニス
    電位を検出することにより検出するようにした電子スイ
    ッチの過電流検出回路。
