に、ソフトスタート用コンデンサとその時定数を設定す
る可変抵抗器とを“有するソフトスタート調整回路と、
該調整回路により設定された時定数に基つく信号を増幅

速度指令用電圧を取出す速度指令可変抵抗器とを設け、
