後部内にピストンカップを介して軸方向へ摺動可能に嵌
挿され後方に向けてスプリング付勢されたピストンが、
その先端部に形成され前記ピストンカップをバックアッ
プする環状フランジにて前記シリンダボディにより軸方
向へ摺動可能に支承されるとともに、その中間部にて前
記シリンダボディの内孔開口端部内に組付けたシールリ
ング及びガイドにより液密的かつ軸方向へ摺動可能に支
承され、かつその後端部を前記シールリング及びガイド
を通して前記シリンダボディ外に突出させてなるブレー
キマスクシリンダにおいて、前記シールリング及びガイ
ドと前記ピストンの環状フランジ間における前記内孔の
所定位置に環状溝を形成し、この環状溝内にクリップを
嵌着して、このクリップに前記ピストンの環状フランジ
が当接することにより前記ピストンの復帰位置が規定さ
れるようにしたことを特徴とするブレーキマスクシリン
