複雑になり上フィルムが凹形状に削って伸びてしまう可
能性があり又後者にあっては密着シールに先だつ上フィ
ルムの加熱軟化に時間がかかり真空処理効率が下がると
いう別の不具合が生じる。更に密着シールの度合いが良
好であればあるほど開封のときに製品より被包装物を取
り出しずらくこのため通常は開封用にVカットその他を
施すよってしているが■カットの形成はシール処理後で
ありそのため別の工程が不可欠でありその分全体の処理
工程数が増す嫌いがあった。
