  1. 外筒および内筒より成り中央を光が通過できるフードと
    、前記外筒および内筒とパージ気体室を形成する如く前
    後に設けられた環状の多孔板および後板と、吹込んだパ
    ージ気体が前記パージ気体室を円周方向に旋回する如く
    前記外筒に取付けられたノズルと、を有して成ることを
    特徴とする光学機器用防塵フード。
