Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain ease of adjusting operation of an elevation angle and a horizontal angle and also to attain sure minute adjustment of them by turning two adjusting bolts so as to adjust minutely said elevation angle and horizontal angle of an antenna main body. CONSTITUTION:The antenna main body is fitted turnably to the 1st mounting metallic fixture 19 by inserting screws 28, 29 to holes 16a, 17a of side plates 16, 17 fixed to the rear face of the antenna main body, to circular-arcuate long holes 16b, 17b and to holes 20, 21 of both side plates of the 1st mounting metallic fixture 19 fixed to a support 18. Then the 1st adjusting bolt 40 is inserted into a screw hole of the 1st turn-buckle 30 fitted turnably to one of the side plates, a U-form slot of an adjusting reference metallic fixture 32 fixed to the 1st mounting metallic fixture 19, and the 2nd adjusting bolt 41 is inserted into a screw hole of the 2nd turn-buckle 39 and a screw hole of the 2nd mounting metallic fixture 34. After the elevation angle and turning angle are adjusted minutely by turning both the adjusting bolts, the 1st fixing metalic fixture 19 is fixed to the support 18, the screws 28, 29 are tightened so as to fix strongly the antenna main body to the 1st mounting metallic fixture and then the mounting is fixed.

Conventional configuration and its problems It is expected that a practical broadcasting satellite will be launched in recent years and that SHF broadcasting will be carried out on a full scale. This broadcasting satellite is installed approximately 35,000 km above the sky, so in order to receive the radio waves sent from it, the angle of the parabolic antenna must be adjusted extremely accurately and the parabolic antenna placed at a predetermined angle. It is necessary to fix the parabolic antenna. Conventionally, the angle adjustment and fixing of this parabolic antenna have been carried out by the means shown in Fig. 1. In Fig. 1, 1 is the main body of the parabolic antenna, and 2 is the main body of the parabolic antenna. A first projecting piece 3 fixed to the main body 1 of the Clabora antenna is attached to the tip with a bolt and a nut, and a pair of nuts 4,
5 to fix the bolt rod 6 in a predetermined position. One end of this bolt rod 6 is rotatably attached to a second projecting piece γ fixed to the parabolic antenna body 1. It is fixed to the support post 13 by the mounting bracket 10. Loosen it,] Grasp and rotate the Zeta laboratory antenna main body 1, and once the adjustment is complete, tighten the nut 12 again.

In addition, when adjusting the elevation angle, loosen one of the nuts 4 and 5 screwed onto the bolt rod 6 and rotate the other in the direction of tightening.Once the adjustment is complete, both nuts 4 and 5 are tightened.
Tighten both 1.4°5. However, in this case, it is difficult to adjust the rotation angle of the parabolic antenna main body 1 because the laboratory antenna main body 1 must be rotated, and the elevation angle of the parabolic antenna main body 1 can also be adjusted using two nuts 4 and 5. It is difficult to work as it requires tightening and loosening the parabolic antenna body 1.
Adjustment of the rotation angle also has the disadvantage that it is difficult to make fine adjustments because the parabolic antenna main body 1 is held and rotated by hand.

The parabolic antenna main body 15 can be rotated around the holes 16h+1, 20 within the range of the parabolic antenna 17b, and its elevation angle can be adjusted. 30 is a first screw receiving metal fitting, which is L-shaped and has a screw hole 31 on one side;
For example, the second side plate 1 can be attached to the other side by shouting and nuts.
It is rotatably attached to the inside of 7. Reference numeral 32 denotes an adjustment reference fitting, which is provided with a substantially U-shaped groove 33 at a position eccentric to the right of the center of the back plate of the first mounting fitting 19.
The screw 34, which is fixed by a screw, for example, so that the tip thereof protrudes, is a second mounting bracket, and is fixed to the column 18 by a U pole 1.35 and a nut 36. At this time, the hole through which the U-bolt 35 of the second mounting bracket 34 is inserted is one round hole 37, and the other hole 38 is connected to the hole 38a through which the U-port 35 is inserted and this hole 38fL, and its short diameter is It consists of a long hole 38b smaller in diameter than the U bolt 35. Note that the short axis of the elongated hole 38b and the short axis of the 8-shaped groove 33 are set to be the same dimension here. Reference numeral 39 denotes an L-shaped second screw receiving metal fitting, which has a screw hole on the negative side, and the other side is attached to the right side of the center of the bottom plate of the first mounting metal fitting 19 using a bolt and a nut. Reference numerals 40 and 41 designate first and second adjustment bolts, which are machined into the same shape, and as shown in FIG. 6, part of the outer periphery of the male threaded portion is cut out to form a small diameter portion 42. The dimensions of this small diameter portion 42 are made the same as the short axis of the figure-8 groove 33 of the adjustment reference fitting 32 and the short axis of the long hole s8b of the second mounting fitting 34. The small diameter portion 42 of the first adjustment bolt 4o is fitted into the groove 33 of the adjustment reference fitting 32 so that the first adjustment bolt 4o can be rotated relative to the adjustment reference fitting 32 but cannot be moved in the axial direction. Attach the male thread to the
